Tee sheets without the spreadsheet.

Paste players. Set rules. Get fair groups. Built for everyone who’s spent an evening shuffling names in Excel.

You’ve done this before.

Someone has to sort the tee sheet. Usually it’s you. Open a spreadsheet, try to remember who fell out with who last year, keep the couples together but not those couples, spread the handicaps, and avoid putting the same four people together twice. Then deal with the messages saying “I don’t want to be in Dave’s group again.”

For 16 players across 4 rounds, that’s 64 group slots with dozens of overlapping preferences. It’s a genuinely hard problem dressed up as “just sort out the tee sheet.”

That’s the bit we sort out.

Built for the person who got asked.

Every trip needs someone to do this work.

The first-timer who’s never done it and doesn’t know the rules.

The veteran who’s done it five times and is cutting corners by trip three.

Both end up making compromises they didn’t want to make. The complaints come anyway.

This is the tool that organiser deserves. Built by someone who’s been there, for everyone who’s still there.

Two ways in. Same tee sheet out.

Players see their tee sheet on their phone. No signup, no app download, no faff.

You’re still in charge.

Swap players, lock the groups you’re happy with, regenerate the rest. The scheduler suggests; you decide.

Different group-mates every round.

The scheduler tracks who’s played with who. Over four rounds, everyone meets as many people as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the catch with the free year?

No catch. Founding members get a year of full access in exchange for honest feedback - what works, what doesn’t, what’s missing. After the year, you keep paying at founder rates (£10/trip or £50/year) for life. Or you stop. Your call.

What if I don’t have all the player handicaps?

Yes, it still works. With no handicaps, Random mode shuffles groups fairly using just your constraints. With a mix, the scheduler balances the players who have handicaps and treats the rest as neutral. With everyone’s handicap, you get full Spread or Balanced optimisation.

Does it handle different formats - foursomes, scramble, all that?

Yes, all the common formats. Stableford, foursomes, scramble, match play, the lot. WHS handicap allowances calculated correctly for each. Mix formats across rounds if you want.

Can I edit groups after the scheduler generates them?

Always. Drag players to swap groups, lock the ones you want to keep, regenerate the unlocked rest. Add or remove players any time - the scheduler rebalances around your locked groups in seconds. Late dropout? New addition? Both handled.

Do players need an account or to download an app?

No to both. The whole point of the share link is that there’s nothing for players to do except open it. Works in any browser on any phone. If they can read a WhatsApp message or email, they can read their tee sheet.
