Send an invitation and track RSVPs

Create an event, share its link, and every reply comes back as attending, maybe or can’t make it - no account and nothing to install.

Create the event and get a link

  1. From Events, create one with a name and a date, and link it to an outing if it is for a round.
  2. Set an RSVP deadline if you want one.
  3. Select Copy invite link.

Creating an event and collecting replies costs nothing, whether or not the app ever sends an email on your behalf. Paste the link into WhatsApp, an email you write yourself, or the noticeboard - it opens on any phone, and nobody needs an account or the app to answer it.

A reply takes one tap

Whoever opens the link chooses attending, maybe or can’t make it, and that is the whole interaction. The reply is saved the moment they tap it, and they can change their mind any time before the deadline - there is nothing to sign in to and nothing to remember.

Have the app send it and chase it for you

Select Send RSVP request and the app emails every member a personal link, tracked against their name, instead of you sharing one link for everyone. That send is part of the paid plan - sharing the link yourself stays free either way.

Turn on the automatic chase and it sends one reminder to whoever has not replied at all, timed to your deadline, and it stops the moment they do - even a maybe counts as answered. Nobody who has already responded hears from it again. The automatic chase is part of the Society plan.
