Run a team competition
Set the trip up as two teams, and each captain gets a private link to pick their line-ups from their phone. Match play runs live, with a full-screen board for the clubhouse TV.
Per-trip planPick the teams
- Turn the trip into a team competition and name your two teams.
- Share the players out between them.
You do not have to sort the players by hand: Auto-balance splits everyone across the teams evenly by handicap band in one click, and Captain draft lets the two captains take alternating picks in snake order instead. Either way, every player keeps their own dropdown afterwards, so you can still move anyone to a different team before you move on.
Set the sessions
- Set the sessions - the foursomes, the fourballs and the singles.
- Send each captain their private link.
Each captain’s link needs no account and no password. They pick their line-ups for every session from wherever they are, on their phone, and you’re not chasing team sheets around the car park.
The board on the clubhouse wall
Match-play scoring runs live, hole by hole, as the games come in, and there’s a full-screen leaderboard built for the clubhouse TV. Each match shows which side is up at every hole it has reached, so the room can watch a game turn without anyone needing to ask. The laminated sheet on the noticeboard can finally retire.

The result
The two teams’ overall points tick up as each match finishes, right down to the deciding singles, so the room can watch it come to the wire. Every team card shows how many points it still needs to win, and the moment one side has scored more than the other could possibly catch up on the matches still out on the course, that team’s card switches to Champions there and then - the result does not wait for the last match to finish.
