What the free plan includes

What every outing gets, free

However many outings you run, each one starts with its own free basic tee sheet: up to 12 players, one round of golf, and a public share link, for as long as you use the app. There is no trial clock counting down and no card needed to get started.

Where paying starts

The free limits sit on each outing, not on your account as a whole. Add a 13th player or a second round to a particular outing, or want live scoring, email reminders or the compliance score (see the glossary) for it, and that one outing needs a Trip pass. Everything you have already built for it - the players, the rules, the draw - carries straight over; buying only lifts the cap on that outing.

A free account can also organise for only one society. Running a second society, or covering every paid feature across every outing for a whole year without paying per outing, is what the Society plan is for.
