Manage your own email preferences

Every outing email carries a link to your own preferences page - no account needed - where you choose which outing emails you get.

For players

Open it from any outing email

Every email about an outing carries a link to your own preferences page. Tap it and you do not need to sign in, remember a password, or install anything - the link itself is your access, the same way a scoring link or a shared tee sheet is.

What you can control

From that page you can turn the Trip emails toggle on or off - tee sheets, nightly updates during a multi-day trip, and the thank-you email sent once you are back - and separately choose whether you want occasional updates from Who’s on the Tee? itself. Turning the Trip emails toggle off does not remove you from the outing; you simply stop receiving them, and can turn it back on the same way at any time.

Separate from what the organiser controls

This is your own setting, not the organiser’s. An organiser chooses whether to switch emailing on for an outing at all, and when each send goes out; you are choosing, on your side, whether to receive what they send. Turning your own preferences off does not stop the organiser sending to everyone else, and an organiser switching emailing on does not override a player who has already opted out.
