Move to the annual plan

The Society plan covers every outing and every paid feature for your whole society, for one yearly price, instead of paying per outing each time.

Society plan

Everything, for the whole society

A Trip pass unlocks the paid features for one outing at a time. The Society plan covers every outing your society runs for a year, plus what a single outing purchase can never reach on its own: the member directory, season standings, RSVP reminders that chase themselves, and linking a player who plays with more than one of your societies.

When it pays for itself

A Trip pass and the Society plan are priced so the maths favours the Society plan from around four outings a year: four Trip passes already cost more than a year of the Society plan, so a society that meets four or more times a year comes out ahead, while one that plays less often than that usually still pays less overall buying per outing as it goes.

Moving on from a Trip pass you have already paid for

If you have already paid for a Trip pass on one outing and then move the whole society onto the Society plan, you are never charged twice for the same thing: what you paid for the pass comes off the price you owe, either refunded and recharged in full while the pass can still be cancelled, or credited directly once it cannot. The amount you will pay is always shown before you confirm. See Plans, payments and how cancellation works for the exact rule.
